Healthy Schools
We have achieved Phase 4 of the Healthy Schools award. The Healthy Schools Award scheme focuses on 7 health topics: Food and Fitness, Environment; Hygiene; Emotional and Mental Health and Wellbeing; Safety; Substance Use and Misuse; and Personal Development and Relationships – all of which should be promoted with learning accessible to all pupils [where appropriate] during their primary school education.
As part of Phase 4, we focussed on:
- Food and Fitness
- Emotional and Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Environment
Our elected Healthy Schools monitors work hard to further promote these 3 areas.
