Equality Plan

At our school, we believe that every child and every member of our school community should feel welcomed, valued and respected. We are proud to be an inclusive school where everyone is encouraged to be themselves, celebrate their individuality and reach their full potential.

Our Equality Plan sets out how we promote equality, celebrate diversity and ensure that everyone has fair access to the opportunities, experiences and support our school provides. It also outlines the steps we take to challenge discrimination, remove barriers and foster positive relationships across our school community.

Through our Christian values of love, kindness and respect, we aim to create a school where everyone feels a true sense of belonging and where our differences are recognised and celebrated.
